Energy Shield

“Energy Shield” came about from a vision I had while meditating in the forest on a beautiful afternoon.  The spirit of the owl came to me and with his wisdom shared the knowledge of the energy shield.  Each circle represents a different dimension. The center circle is your heart and inner sanctum.  By accepting your spirit animal and acknowledging your connection with nature you can begin to harness the energy that surrounds us in the world.  The intertwining roots connecting all the circles represents this connection to everything in our universe.  When i imagine the energy shield in my minds eye.  I imagine each ball of light circling around me in a clockwise direction creating a force field around my whole body.  When i harness the power of the energy shield, i feel that i am protected from any outside forces.  You are welcome to use this meditation for your own protection.
